GTX 780 SC RMA Problem

I have sent my GTX 780 SC through a RMA and received a refurbished one that failed like 30 days after it arrived. Im so pissed off with this situation.. I did send a much less defective card than the one that i received.
The problem is that my computer will not start with it plugged in.. i have tested it on another system and it didn't work as well. Without the card, the system works fine.
 
Thanks for your support EVGA, me and my friends are not buying from you again. Never.

    Huh? RMA it again if you are having issues with the replacement card.

    The problem is that i paid an international shipping that was really expensive, its not fair paying it again to receive another piece of refurbished hardware.

    Well contact EVGA and they might offer to pay for the shipping due to your situation. Just screaming here about how you won't buy EVGA again isn't going to solve anything.
