GTX 660 fan control problems!

Hey hey,
 
I'm dealing with a serious issue here. The problem is, the card/software believes the min speed is 5100 RPM, and the max speed is 5160 RPM. Resulting in the card blasting at 99% fan speed constantly although it believes to be at a lower percentage... as you might expect, loud noises. And yes, it happens irregardless of any fan software.. it happens like this with every app, or without any of such apps. This is really undesirable so I was wondering if there's a fix? Preferably something I can do remotely, as this is not my own computer.

    The video card will need to be RMA'd due to a faulty sensor.
