Applied the "shunt mod" today to increase the power limit. Managed stable 2150MHz on the core with 5600MHz on the VRAM.

I can achieve now:
8011 graphics score

I wouldnt count benchmarks as stable, its Overall stability that counts in my opinion. You can toss stuff in LN2 and get it to benchmark but its not made for real life performance anyways. But hey, thats just how i feel about it :)

Oh yeah I know. I was running GTX 780 Hydro Copper with +365Mhz OC with 1.312v on the core compared to base clock and managed to hit 60°C on water with that.
I could OC a bit further maybe +15Mhz more in benchmarks but it failed in some games.

Is it just me or is sli terrible? A single stock 1080 card hits around 7000points. So you only got like 3500ish more points with another super expensive card :(

Is that score so low because of my CPU?
I got the SC 1080.
The CPU is at 4.0 ghz

Seems fine to me, both are not OCed and give expected results.

that was my first test. with a couple of tweaks I had it at 11268.

Good enough gains for me. Most people I see post runs at around 6800 with a single card, 11268 is pretty damn good if you ask me.

Also about the 3000 in sli, the graphics score is higher, if it is a 6600k or 6700k it is bottlenecking the score.

Not sure we talk the same language. Im talking GPU score only. Most single GPU scores around 6800-7100 gpu points. Did you get 11268 overall or on the GPUs?

I did the same test earlier and managed higher on the CPU but lower on the GPU. Odd but not bad and appears to be in-keeping with the majority on here.

Hmm yeah looking at the scores it seems the CPU actually matters alot on the GPU scores aswell. My old 3770K cant keep up :/

Both running on the edge of stability.  My only scores drop about 100 on each category when perfectly stable.
