    Afterburner... that’s why. Use EVGA Precision.

    @TheMadDutchDude That worked! Thanks man! I assumbed because my motherboard was Msi, that it might work better for my card, but, hey, you learn something new everyday! Thanks again!

    And Why I use and Recommend Only EVGA Precision XOC (PXOC) and Now EVGA Precision X1 (PX1).

    A 1070 Ti FTW2 has iCX cooling..The left fan is for GPU cooling and the right fan is for Power and Memory cooling and won't turn on until about 60C or so..Afterburner does not have the ability to control the Power/Memory fan so far (only the GPU fan), EVGA Precision does..Nothing is wrong..Carry on.
