Welcome to the forum. It would be really helpful to get more details on your hardware. Are you saying that during boot, you do not get any display at all? Does the system boot normally with a different GPU or with onboard graphics. Anyhow, more information is important. We cant see your system so you are our eyes and ears.

Try downloading a program called Display Driver Uninstaller, you can find it HERE. Run this using your old GPU or onboard graphics, select "Clean and Shut Down", after the computer powers off install the GTX 1060 and see if you are able to make it into Windows.

If you have a moment, please rate my service. We appreciate the feedback!

Do you get no signal on all outputs? Are you using any adapters? If using a displayport cable is it vesa certified?

Could be a faulty output/cable. I'd suggest using another hdmi cable and/or using a different output.

You're good. Sounds like your monitor could be the issue.
