Hi My system GTX 1060 3gb , Windows 7 64bit 8gb ram ,ssd all AMD 8350 6core processor ...should be enough to handle Destiny 2 and for the most part it does I get 144hz 1ms. response from my monitor "ASUS 24inch VG248QE.
So here is the problem in the game standing in one spot and just moving the mouse from side to side it blurs out terribly I cant even read the other character name and the view is blurred till i stop moving side to side. I have spent 2 days trying to figure this out with 2 different monitors both do it.

Hi thanks for the suggestions: I did turn off Mouse Acceleration " no change" this is happening at even just a slow left to right move and it is not easy on the eyes as you can surly understand.
Somehow someway IDK this has to get fixed I can not play this game this way. I have used nvidia's game settings ,I have tried icc profiles IDK. I have not re-installed drivers I guess that's next.
My motherboard has the latest drivers and bios its not that. I have 2 other machines I can try 1 amd the other is intel quad core we'll see.

Yes I did that I went threw all the settings in any number of combos on off low , med , high....
I just downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia still blurry ?
IS there a way to upload a video I took with my phone to show what is going on?

What are the frame rates in the game? I am wondering if it's dipping really super low. The videos online are pretty smooth on youtube from people using a 1060 3gb though some seem to be kind of slowing down while turning but still playable.

Frame rates 144 down to 60ish in very heavy play.. but frame rate standing at the tower or farm is 144 look, left or right and not fast I cant read the names and the back ground gets blurred.
Now I know my machine is a little old but come on its 8-Core 4.0 GHz processor and a GTX 1060 3gb. granted not the smoken hot machine but it aint that bad.

It might also be worth seeing some youtube videos to get a sense of what other people with a 1060 3gb are getting gameplay wise. It seems like what is happening is the frame rate must be suffering a major drop when looking around.

Turn off TXAA if its available.
 
Otherwise just accept the limitations of your LCD monitor,  the only ones that don't  blur during movement are those runningin lightboost/ulmb mode.

it doesn't matter how fast the response time is, because of our eyes retaining light information till it changes, we see blur on as the lcd crystals change.

Do you know what you should do?  You should install a different game and compare.

I know this post is 6 years old, but I was wondering if any solution has been found? As I am struggling with the same problem and have spent countless hours changing settings, uninstalling/reinstalling programs, and the only thing I have found so far to fix the blurring issue when moving is to wipe my system and completely reinstall windows!
 I don't completely understand why it is happening as it seems random as to when it does happen, take last night for example friends and I were playing for hours with no issues and when I jumped back in this morning it was blurring when I move and there were no updates or changes to the system and the only game it seems to happen to is Destiny 2.
 If anyone has any updated info on this or can point me to a thread that does it would be greatly appreciated, Thaniks!
