So when I play games like BF3 or Crysis 2 every 10-20 seconds I get these fps drops that half my 60 fps. After like 6 seconds it goes back to normal. It's annoying as hell.

GPU usage:

The temperature is okay and even if I run fan speed at 90% I get the same results. Card is not overclocked.
Anyone have an idea what to do?

I'm assuming that your using vsync since you referred to a 60fps then drop in half?  When your GPU can't maintain the 60fps refresh rate of the display, it will drop to 30.  If it can't maintain that, then to 15.  Try using "adaptive vsync" in the NVCPL for the sprecific games you want it for.  Just set it in the "program settings" for the game.  This will keep you capped at 60fps until your GPU can't maintain it.  Once that happens, it will automatically turn vsync off so you don't get that severe drop to 30 fps.  Just make sure if you set a game to adaptive vsync in the NVCPL that you turn off vsysnc in the game settings in the game itself.

Thx for the answer but that didn't solve the problem. When I turn off the vsync I have exactly the same problem, after some time it always goes down to 30-40 fps and then goes back to normal (60-70fps).
The GPU usage is never stable.

Could it be a software problem or is the card broken or something?

In the NVCPL, there's a setting in "Manage 3D settings" > "Program settings" > "Power management mode".  The default here is "Adaptive".  Try changing this for the specific games you want it in to "Prefer Max Performance".  See how that works out for you.
