You won't be able to select 1080p. You'll need to use whichever dsr factor gets you the closest to 1080p.

1754x1102 is heavier than 1920x1080? anyway, you're a friend, thank you, I am infinitely grateful, I thought back to the store and to change the power supply, I had arrived at that point, you are an example for me, it helped me in a situation where my parents were angry at having thrown € 210 card and € 50 for power supply since they had "a problem"
Thank you man, thank you! <3

No problem.

1754x1102 isn't heavier than 1080p. 1.50x dsr factor should be heavier than 1080p.

I'm reinstalling (after format) right now GTA V, but Minecraft with Shaders? Same problem..(Explosion make stuttering and lagging all with and without shaders..),(resolution 1764x1102),PS: Shaders (Ultra/Ultra DoF) don't work (30-40fps) :( Why? i watch a video with ULTRA shaders 60fps+ with same card :(, medium shadows 60-50 with gpu stuttering...

But because it worked before and not now? :( I was sure he had solved everything
The previous screenshot 99/98% perfect no drops, was of "THE FOREST" game

Different hardware/game settings will produce different results. Try enabling hpet to see if it helps get rid of the stuttering. Open command prompt and type "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" without the quotes then restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed.

Re: HELP!! GPU Usage drop down, stuttering and GPU-Z say: vRel [EVGA GTX 960 SSC] Tuesday, July 05, 2016 3:13 AM (permalink)
I tried:
1764x1102 = 60FPS drop of gpu usage 90 to 66% and stuttering
1920x1200 = 45FPS drop of gpu usage 99 from 85% (stuttering) and the frame rate drop down
2036x1273 = SUICIDIE! 37-45fps,horrible frame (low grapichs) drop of gpu usage 99% from 90% (stuttering and low frame rate)

GTA V stuttering in 1754x1102, GPU don't reach 99% and stuttering down to 40%

UPDATE

GTA V on REAL 1080i TV (1920x1080p but in reality is 1920x1080i) [GPU Reach 99% and after few seconds (5-6) drop down to 85%-74%]

the stuttering decreased with version 347.88 for the forest but stuttering still remains on gta v (1920x1080i) @30Hz on the forest (The forest It is locked at 30fps even though I did not put any settings that block the bill to 30fps, but, low/no stuttering) , on GTA V i've selected 60Hz (1600x900) and 1920x1080i 60Hz, the stuttering remain!

Download latencymon and let it monitor your system for a few minutes while just idling at the desktop with everything closed. Post your results afterwards.

Here are my results...

disastrous results
My bios is updated at lastest version (ASUS M5A97EVO R2.0) [v.2603]
AMD Cool'n Quiet is active,
clock speed fluctuates to 3.6GHz to 4.3GHz

Try using a new sata cable on your hdd. Also try all sata ports to see if the latency reduces. Update your motherboard sata drivers too... latest can be downloaded here.

I did this test on a TV 1080i, now i've reconnected the PC to my normal monitor (1440x900) the results are radically changed:

Yep, that looks better. Disable cool'n'quiet and set windows power options to high performance to see if it helps with the drops/stutter.

Ok, I tried, nothing has changed, perhaps because I'm playing in 1440x900 .. I am using this resolution because with the 347.88 driver version does not have the DSR

Guess it's time to try testing the card in another computer to see if you can replicate the problem.

-Change PSU
-Test the card on a 1080p monitor
and try the card on another PC I hope

@Sajin After a couple of days I solved the problem, the problem was the DRIVER SATA controller for the hard disk,
the stuttering was caused by the lack of the driver who ran the information, so the computer could not process and to move from hard disk in high-speed to GPU/Ram and therefore was isn't unable to load game data (like texture, models ecc..) at the required speed for run correctly the game

FINALLY I'VE BEEN SOLVED MY PROBLEM :D
