It says the offer has ended. I'm waiting for delivery of my ftw3 from the Evga store. I take it we have lost out on the free games?

Hmm hopefully they sort it out soon. The link says Valid only for purchases after Janurary 31st to May 9th, 2017 and i know its been discussed we do qualify with our pre orders before on these forums. (PS i didn't spell January wrong the website did  )

EVGA_JacobF - any update please? You have stated we are still eligible to claim a free game as part of the promo, but you have provided no further update, is the ETA the full 3 business days for approval.
Can you look into this and advise us please, this is for all FTW3 buyers who pre-ordered, EU/US/UK/AUS.
I notice when I registered for the benchmark program this was approved very quickly.

I actually got the FINAL CODE but when I typed it into Geforce Experience redeem box it says "You don't meet hardware requirements".
