I have followed the instructions and registered for the code.
I have received an email on the 14th of July saying I will receive an email notification after my request is reviewed.
So it's been a while already and I have yet receive an email notification. I also went back to check the promotion page and still no code. Just want to ask if it is still being reviewed or have I missed the code somehow. How long do it usually takes to get reviewed?

I am having issue with downloading this software. I tried to put my key in but it say invalid key. Not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Also I see that they have 3 option. One is basic, advance and pro. Evga posted advance package which is worth $19.95 when you purchased a 10 series. Basic is free on the site where you download it while, advance is $19.95 with more option then the basic and the pro have everything cost way more. Anyway i am not sure why I can't get my copy of advance.

It may require some time for the team to verify your receipt. You could talk to support directly and see what they say. Someone should be around to help with the chat option or on the 24 hour hotline (if you are in the US).

I didnt had any problem with it, made a good picture where every info can read and they accepted it automaticly.

Is there anyway to get access to my code again?
I purchased my 1080 Ti FE from EVGA and was eligible and had a code. I stepped that FE to SC Black which had an issue that resulted in an RMA and all is good now except I no longer have access to my code for this promo. I deleted the FE and the Step Up SC and left my account with just the RMA SC to keep things clear. The site mentioned that I can clear these out after RMA, but maybe I missed a warning that it would kill my access to promos I qualified for?

After using the program and closing it, I reopened the program and.... Upon opening the program, it behaves like an install. Must take 2 to 3 minutes to load, repeats all the install queries. ??? Is this normal operation of the software ??? Or have I made some sort of installation error?

In response to my earlier question... I guess the page for this promotion is buggy? If I access the page for the Wildlands Promo I still see my Wildlands Promo Code as expected even though the card as been deleted from my account.

No problem. No, that definitely isn't normal.
Thank you for the feedback I did a complete uninstall-reboot-reinstall process and the software now behaves like a normal utility program. Chalk it up to user error. Thank you.
