how do u get this to work, ive tried them all and it either says no matches found or not compatible. here's my pc specs

@Jacob are you sure the 01G-P3-1371-XX - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 1024MB EE (External Exhaust) isnt superclocked, because i have a 01G-P3-1371-B1 and the box clearly states "superclocked"

@Jacob the link to the FPB is not working... Can you give me another link to download the FPB, cause im having problems with the fan speed of my GTX460 (01G-P3-1373-AR)
 
The fan speed is limited up to 70%... i want to use the 100% ...
