That's nuts man. This is going to be the power draw of like a toaster or two running 24/7. That must cost a fortune. I took out the 960 I had in next to my 1080 for Physx testing, since none of my current games actually use a dedicated Physx card. I might put it back in just for folding though. It would certainly put me over the 1 million ppd level.

Both Folders pull 500 -520 Watts, each system. (Less than my original readings, beginning to wonder about the APC's accuracy) So, we will see what the electric bill looks like; have to add the A/C cost as well, been a heatwave +90 Finished pulling the old 850 PSU and replacing it with a EVGA 1200W P2 ---> Now that Rig only pulls 480 W

I wondered this as well and compared Two Different APC 1500 both with the same Wattage Usage from my Test Rig. I then Tested the same Test Rig on Two Different CyberPower PR1500LCD Smart App Sinewave UPS. All 4 UPS units where within 5 Watts of each other. This Test was at an idle and a 600 Watts Usage.

SNAP Spoke too soon Just checked Watts pulled for whole systems Custom looped Titans peak @ 800W --> 720W average X99 with new 1200W P2, peak @ 520W --> 512W average Folding intensity or Heat ......... The X99 was down for the pit stop, so Heat could be the issue, or Full Folding was slow to grip the GPUs. The Custom looped Titans though ??? 43C on the loop did not change ---> Folding work change that much ? 280W increase ?

Yea, I kind of thought that you where really off by about 300 Watts or 400 Watts. Folding 4 GTX 980HC cards no CPU Usage they alone pull 840 Watts, the rest of the rig pulls about 430 Watts. Two Different PSUs.
