Hello there,

I have a problem with my 3070 ti from evga it flashes 2 red lights above pci slots

Can someone please help me how to fix this and how i can show a small video of it

EDIT: I have never had a crash or performance issues while playing Warzone 2 as example. But im just getting worried why 2 flashing red lights are showing up.

you say ---> "I have a problem with my 3070 ti from evga it flashes 2 red lights above pci slots"

Which specific 3070 Ti do you have?

Are the red lights on the MB or the GPU - it is not clear in that statement?

How did you run power to the GPU?  Separate cable from PSU to each power socket on the GPU?

What PSU & its age?  Your only using cables that came with the PSU?

My specs are:

CPU: Amd r5 5600x
MOBO: AMD B550
GPU: EVGA rtx 3070 ti ftw3
PSU: EVGA 750W BR
Windows 11

I have 2 pci e cables from the psu to the gpu all the cables are connected on my psu they come standard on the evga power supply.. My pc +- 1 year old. The leds are on the GPU above my pci e slots they flick every few seconds not in sync..

EDIT: this issues started to happen after i updated to windows 11 from windows 10
EDIT2: if i have the led bar turned on for the GPU and the red lights flick you see the led bar flick also at the same time
EDIT3: My in game performance are oke and never had my pc crash

I think i found what is causing the leds to flicker.. The latest firmware update from PX1 it seems like its resetting the mcu everytime causing the leds on the gpu to flicker. Im kind of sad that i cant try the older firmware anymore since px1 does not have a option to downgrade to last firmware you used.

Any "firmware" from PX1 should be a 1 & done type update that saves to the GPU --> Unless Windows Security is blocking it from completing  (until/ unless - new firmware released)

Fast Boot in BIOS & Fast startup in Windows Do cause issues at times

Enter Windows -- Then when you select shut down in Windows --->FIRST Hold the Shift key Down & Keep Shift key down until ALL Power is off,  (This clears Windows startup file, so Windows will actually look at your Hardware & Drivers. Not just start from the old file of the last successful start, that might be obsolete information)

Wish I could tell you more; You can always ask EVGA CS about the issue
