HELP - VMware Player crashes on start

I found the fix: Killer Nic HAS TO BE IN APPLICATION MODE!
 
 
I just installed vmware player on my computer and when i open the application it crashes.  I have no configuration setup on it.  I have run SSD Tweaker on my drive and I have Virtualization on in the BIOS.
