If I am not mistaken I was told a while back when I was interested in folding that you need to use your evga forum name on the stanford page thing but I can not find anywhere to register with stanford to start folding. Can anyone help me with this? Also how limited will my PC be while folding?

you do not need to register at stanford for anything

the best way to start out is to use the tracker or V7
    tracker here
    http://fahtracker.com/

    guide here for tracker
    http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=219556

all you need to do is keep your folding name the same as your EVGA name (in your EVGA profile page)
and in the tracker or client you use (you input the name in the tracker)

you do need a passkey if you are going to SMP fold (for bonus points)
    http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/getpasskey.py

you must complete 10 SMP WU's with 80% completion before you earn bonus points for SMP

once you complete a WU you can then find your stats on Stanford (automatically show up at next update )
or on EOC (at next update)
