I have a 1080 Classified, using Precision XOC v6.1.8. I know I should be able to use overvoltage on this card, but it won't let me check the box. Any help?

Try uninstalling precision, deleting the evga folder in c:\program files, reinstall precision xoc. See if that helps.

Did you also do this with the video drivers?  Delete both, folder and all after installation, then reinstall drivers, then precision.  If not, this may be time for a call to EVGA, as they can test in house and can work with the programmers to find out what is going on.
