i received an email about a week ago saying i was getting a new power supply shipped to me because my other one was sent in for an RMA claim. The email said i would get another email in 1-2 days with shipping and tracking information. it has been 5 days and i have not received an email. i’ve tried calling the phone number on the website and it says the offices are closed. It says to call back monday at 9am PST. It is currently monday at 11:30PST and nobody is picking up. I’ve been out of a PSU for more then 2 weeks and need to get it ASAP as i need my computer for school.
