Hi, I just downloaded EVGA precision x1. I did not change any setting on purpose.
When I start my PC normally all fans start up strong and then go to some baseline value of rpm, after installing EVGA the GPU fan dos not start until I start EVGA and turns off completely when I turn EVGA off.
I read online that the GPU fan turns on at around 60°C, but that was not the case from me when I turned off EVGA.
Is this normal or desired? I would provide screenshots of the program's settings below, but I don't know how to upload pictures in this forum. Do you think I can uninstall EVGA and all settings return to normal? I don't want to destroy my Graphics card, please help.
When I uninstall the software via control panel the fan rpm seems to remain constant but when I reboot it starts at 0 and stays there.

Hitting the default button inside the software then uninstalling it should resolve any issues you're having.
