Hello, I have an issue with a card I bought second hand. It is having issues with drivers being initialized giving a code 43. I used GPUZ and HWINfO64 to check things, the sensors seem to work, its just not showing sub vendor id. OpenGL runs great on it too using GPUZ's test feature, (I have had cards doing the same thing not showing any life like this). I was trying to pull the bios to have it save on my google drive; the save bios feature on GPUZ failed saying it could not read from the card. Using NVFlash does the same thing although it says the EEPROM is not supported. So I was needing to verify which of the two chips (U505/U506) on the back of the card was the bios to try reading it with a EEPROM reader, And maybe flash the chip directly, if I am unable to find a replacement chip online. I feel like the card's vbios isn't being initialized properly and may just be the EEPROM. The board looks great and there is no visible damage on any traces or solder joints. 
While using GPUZ/NVFlash the ID is 10DE 1C82-0000 0000. 
Any help would be appreciated.
