EVGA XR1 Lite Solid Red Light

Hello, I went to hook up my capture card today and started receiving a solid red light. I checked all the ports and they are correct. I can see the display of the PS5 on my monitor, but I can't hear any sound, and OBS is not picking up the Capture Card.

It starts out blinking blue when I first get it hooked up and then it turns Solid Red.
