Hot!Z12 Keyboard Problem

I cannot get the exclamation point (Shift 1 key) to work.  I have factory reset the keyboard, unplugged and re-plugged it, but it will not do anything when pressing that key combo.  Is there anything else I can try?  It's just over 2 years old, so still under warranty if I need to go that route.

    Does the exclamation point work if you try another keyboard? If it does then I would go ahead and contact EVGA for a replacement. It could be the switch for that key has an issue.
     
    When you say you reset assume you went into Unleashed RGB and set everything to defaults? Only thing I could see would be a macro or key mapping causing the problem.
