Hot!Z15 Keyboard LED's stuck on

F1, F2, 2, 3, W, E, S and D LEDs are stuck on and slightly off on color from other LEDs now. When I turn LEDs off the 6 keys stay on as RED and sometimes will flicker.
 
Tried unplugging and replunging it in, removing switches and compress air around LEDs and nothing is working. Any Ideas how to fix this? Really like this keyboard and looking at website it looks like we cant even buy them anymore :(

    is there any option to reset the software to factory settings?
     
    I'm not in front of one of my setups with that KB & EVGA software

    Yup tried that no help. Took the switches out and went in and wiped the contacts down with q-tip and alcohol and it seemed to help. But now a new set of LEDs are starting to act up, may be some corrosion and or bad/dirty connections. I will try to figure out how to take it apart and clean it better I guess.
