Anybody know much about the quality of this company and it's customer support?

    Never heard of them.
     
    It's interesting that they took their promo pics with the fans pulling air through the radiator, then mounted them in a more traditional push config in the picture with it installed in the PC. I wonder if they just wanted to answer any questions about what model the fans are.

    It's my understanding that this feature is only available with its prebuilds.

    Neat looking card, Pulling through a radiator can bee good for low noise at higher fan speeds

    Do you mean the Hybrid cooling or pull fan configuration?
