i had and been using x1 for close to 4 years now and i had 8 proflies for my 3090 i been using for over a year 2 days ago there gone i made 2 new profiles yesterday and now there gone when i log in my pc and again i made one today saved it and turned off my pc turned on pc and its gone its not setting related  because nothing has changed and also there is no x1 update so how is this stuff saved amd guessing its saved in the users pc if not then all hope is lost if its server related
