Hi guys! Since the support doesn't seem to be answering my ticket, I want to ask you, may be you know. My idea is that if I ship this back to EVGA, do you think they can send me a new SuperNOVA 1000G FTW , for example since I plan to upgrade to RTX 4090 soon, that is of course with some extra payment from my side, as much as they calculate is necessary. I'm not sure what the value of P2 850W would be now. Also I see some option for some advanced RMA where I would purchase the new PSU first and after I get it, I send them back mine. Is that really still valid, does EVGA offer this? 
Also I was thinking, if I ship it back to them, can they just declare that it works perfectly fine, refuse my RMA and send it back to me? I'm sure it has an issue with ECO mode and I've been able to replicate the problem quite a few times, but it requires 2-3 hours of intense benchmarks or playing battlefield 2042 for that time, so then it heats up and the ECO mode doesn't even turn the fan on.

ugh, that's unfortunate, I started reading about this eco mode form the p2 series and it seems many people have this issue, even if they send me p2 the chance is, it's going to have the same issue. I really hope at least if they can send me newer generation 850W Gold, like g6 or something, it surely should work there and the fan is more quiet than that airplane engine on p2.
