Is there any way to get some love from EVGA on their older Z10 keyboard. I bought several of Z10 RGB Keyboards recently to replace my aging SteelSeries Apex keyboards and I genuinely love it as its a great upgrade, however for one fatally persistent flaw, the volume slider reports erroneously to Windows 11 all the time, causing the volume popup to show on screen teetering between values constantly. I can't rest the slider in any setting without it doing this. 

A patch update would be greatly appreciated, or providing a pathway to fixing this myself as this is a legacy product.
