So today my argb headers randomly all stopped working.
the eleet x1 software for changing leds is greyed out meaning that also the rgb set on the motherboard is now locked & cannot be changed.
Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
I tried restarted pc & unplugging and plugging argb back in but even the motherboard led settings are locked out.
Do I RMA?

    Hi,
    My specs are 12900ks & rtx 4090, 32gb 6400mhz ram & 990 pro 2tb win10 os drive.
Fast boot & fast start up is on but turning off its still the same.
I don't remember any updates happening on my pc other than latest gpu driver which i just did a ddu and installed again.
    No errors in device manager.
I don't have anything running in the background just gskill rgb for ram, steam & discord.
I also uninstalled eleet x1 and reinstalled and the led section is still greyed out.

try turning off virtualization or turning on undervolt protection.

None of those fix the issue

The z690 classified and EVGA logos don't light up either do they? Sounds like you might need to RMA the board. You didn't mention what BIOS you're on, you could try updating to 2.12 if you're not already on it.

    The motherboard lights do work.
They are stuck on the colour/ mode i had them set to prior to the x1  software getting greyed out so i cannot change the motherboard leds now.
Both argb headers don't work when plugged in so on my case lian li 011 i have to use the front panel buttons to control them without being able to control with software and sync to everything else.
I was on bios 2.08 all this time as it's been working great for me since it released but i just now updated to the latest 2.12 to see if it would fix it & it doesn't.

Clearing cmos has turned off the motherboard lights but i cannot turn them on another as the eleet x1 software led section is greyed out still.
