First off, I have a 2070 super

I'm doubting its video card issue but I wanted to run this by you guys and get some opinions and be sure.  Over the last week or so, I've noticed artifacting but only in chrome.  Its not a constant issue, it happens randomly.  Chromes colors will flicker, artifacts all over the browser, but it only happens in chrome.  I run games at max settings just fine, no artifacts.  What do you guys think?

Disable hardware (GPU) acceleration in the settings and that should stop.

There used to be issues with Nvidia drivers and Chrome w/ hardware acceleration, that caused artifacts within chrome, that was fixed sometime last year if I remember correctly.

OCCT has a graphics artifact scanner built-in, you should test your card with that. Just because the games aren't crashing doesn't mean it's a stable card.

    Have water, will cool.
