For the last month or so my graphics card has been causing frequent display driver crash issues and TDR BSOD. I have tried various troubleshooting methods including reinstalling windows and updating drivers. By testing with another PC I have confirmed that it is the card causing the issues and not my other PC parts. Therefore, I would like to return this card under warranty. Is there anything further I can do? I think that the card has just stopped working well and will require a replacement. Sometimes it is a regular driver crash, but most of the time my PC completely freezes or gives me BSOD with NVIDIA driver error.

I have already submitted a question to the online EVGA service centre, but I didn't receive any ticket number yet. I need a ticket number to send my RMA request.

    Hi Joel19,

Dependent on your location, you may be able to call EVGA and get a ticket number quicker than waiting on an email to come through.
