Uninstall Eleet first. Restart the PC. Then see if iCUE is detecting the ram. If not uninstall iCUE 4, restart the PC and then reinstall. Another restart might be required. Then see if the RGB ram is detected.

wait....  there is a weird setting in the BIOS for RAM for this.  SPD or something.   It doesn't make since but its there.  let me look.

    DRAM SPD Write.  enable that.

Finally, i had it to worked. I saw on youtube Z690 Asus boards have similar issue, and there is another option in bios is " SPD write set to " Fail" instead of " True" by default then Rams detected in iCUE 4. In Z690 Classy in bios (1.10) under memory tab then roll all the way down you will see " RAM SPD write " you need to set it to " Enable " instead of Disable " by default ... now my rams detected in iCUE 4. But my concern is in that ram spd write section: notice says: it recommendations for security spd write disable bit must be set ! Any idea? suggestions?!
    Thank you!

    This absolutely worked

The “SPD Write Disable” feature is implemented within Intel 9 Series Chipset Family PCH and X99 Chipset PCH as well. This means Intel does not want SPD to be programmed any more. In some cases it was the only way to increase the memory bandwidth on notebooks.

That was taken from the internet
