Annoying buzzing lately

Its really annoying, i have the 3080 12gb hybrid 
I unplugged the power cable from it and tested and there was no noise, replugged and there was noise so its definitely the card, there is no cables blocking the any of the fans

How would i go about fixing it?

    If its under 12months email tech support and get a replacement.
