Hi, I have been using EVGA peripherals from long now.
I used to get them from USA since they were not available for sales in India.
Although I am aware they carry global warranty (taiwan RMA), I am writing to enquire whether I will be able to claim RMA in India now via assistanceof  your authorized sales channel ACRO now, since your co. resumed selling in Indian market.
This query because we have to 50% import duties in case Taiwan RMAs
Item involved- GPUs and PSUs

    Hello atishajha and welcome to the EVGA forums.
     
    If they are an authorized reseller, then you would only be able to claim warranty through them if you had purchased from them and they have a warranty policy. You would need to continue to go through Taiwan for warranty support.
