Is this adapter for all models of CLC cooler?  I notice that some models, like the 400-HY-CL28-V1, now list LGA1700 compatability on the product page.  Does anyone know if that means new ones are now shipping with LGA 1700 compatible hardware included?  

The retention kit will work with all models of our CLC products, including CL11 (but it takes a bit more work to swap retention kits).  All current CLC coolers shipping from EVGA.com (US/CA) have the LGA1700 retention kits included, except for CL11; you will need to purchase the adapter separately for CL11. 
 
It will still take some time for the CLC coolers at our authorized resellers to sell out of models that do not have the retention kits, but EVGA.com, at least, has them if you want to be sure.

I purchased my EVGA CLC 360mm cooler on 02/16/2022 and it did not come with the LGA1700 retention kit. I am now having to purchase it stand alone and will have to wait for shipping before I can assemble my PC. Is there anything you can do to expedite shipping or send for free as I purchase directly through EVGA.com and per your statement, it should've been included.

Arrived today minus the  LGA1700 retention kit.  I had to purchase the kit and pay for one day air to get it here in time.
 
I did reach out and they offered to send one, might still be sending on but I cant wait the 5 days I was told.

You guys ordering your retention kits overnight.. are you building PCs on a deadline?

Update: I contacted customer service and they are sending a mounting kit to me. I should have it in a few days. Thank you Evga customer service for the quick response 👍

FYI, I ordered a CLC360 from Antonline last week and it does include the intel 1700 bracket.

I need a few of these for my 360mm CLCs from EVGA. I want to switch out my AC 420 for a back mount that only supports 360mm and to align with my KPE for aesthetics.
 
How do we obtain them in the here and now.

I'd like to buy the EVGA clc 240mm, but since I'm living in Belgium, it's almost impossible to get a lga 1700 kit here for less than 40€, which is absolutly not worth the buy. If I purchase it, will it be possible for you to send one with proof of purchase ?

The EVGA CLC 240mm AIO is not available on the eu.evga.com website. You can find this at retail or webshops but not at the price you're looking for:

The L1700 kit comes with a plastic collar or ring which is the same diameter and can apparently attach to the round metal Intel bracket.  What's it for? It's not depicted in the product literature.  Thanks for any thoughts.
 

I got mine on without it and it still makes seal to the CPU.  I think it's for older Asetek coolers.  

So I will need this new bracket for my new  EVGA CLCx 240 cooler coming in the mail??!! and my new  Asrock Z790 LGA 1700 socket MOBO??
 wait! What?  I was under the impression  they was equipped with the right hardware , okay So further scrutiny indicates my new cooler is equipped with the new bracket from EVGA
