Doing planned maintenance teardown on my Kingpin Hydro Copper and wanted to pickup some new thermal pads for the rebuild.

Called up EVGA CS two days ago and was told i would get a link but never got it.

Called back today to ask again and man the guy i talked to was on point! He didn’t give me any crap or run around at all, he just said yes sir and got the approval from a manager and had a email to purchase before we got off the phone.
