Unable to Purchase After Queue Notification

I was finally notified of my availability to purchase the 3080 FTW but when I try to make the purchase the website is telling me this:
 
 
I cannot click Go to Checkout as it gives me the error 'Your Cart is Empty'. Additionally under quantity the only option is 0.
 
Is there something I can do to purchase this before my 8 hours is up?
 
EDIT: Using the website is a horrible experience on multiple browsers. Every link I click asks me to log in and takes me to the same page (even after checking remember me). I can't even view info about my account such as my notifies or similar links.

    Yeah the web site has had a lot of issues always asking your to login.

    I would call them rather than do this on the user driven forums....
     
     
    most of the people here can't help you with this...maybe the mods can escalate it, but calling them makes more sense to me

    I would also reply to the invite to purchase email (the email should have come from ordernotify@evga.com) and indicate your intent to purchase the card.  That will memorialize that you were trying to act during your 8 hour window.  Best of luck!

    I just had that happen to me. I called and was told to log into the website then copy and paste the email notification where it says to click here and paste it into the address bar where you were logged in and hit enter. That worked for me.

    paste the link from your email into the address bar and press enter

    I just had this issue happened to me today. My evga account is from Colombia But i have a valid shipping and billing address for the purchase it seems after 8 hours this happens even tho they say they hold it for 20 hours.

    Same here.  I'm 11 hours into this alleged 20-hour window and I'm getting the same issue.  I've sent an email to in hopes that they can correct this. 🤞
