How 2 resize bar enable EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 12GB XC3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING 12G-P5-4868-KL

My hybrid xc3 aio was failing and I RMA'd.  Now X1says resizable bar disabled??   How do I re enable it?  I read not to flash the KL suffix as its LHR and will not work?   So now I am confused.  Was working w/ previous card prior to RMA which was thee exact same part number.

    Usually it is a bios update, but the -KL cards should have come with a bios that had it already enabled.

    LHR has been effectively removed by NVidia, so you may be able to flash with no issues.
