So i dont know how to post images sorry about that but basically when i click on my email link it takes me to the cart and the quantity am i going to miss my queue ??? This does not seem fair.

You can't change the quantity on a card from the queue. It should be 1 card, if not reply back to the email for purchase that the quantity is 0 and you can't purchase the card.

Going to pile on here instead of making a new thread. I'm having the same issue - quantity 0 on the card in my cart. Followed the instructions in the email exactly up to the point where I'm unable to continue to checkout. I did reply to the email about 7 hours ago but I'm getting nervous. There's just over an hour left until I'm passed over if the queue is a fully automated process.

Contact EVGA support. Even if you miss your window if you contact them and make them aware of the issue you shouldn’t lose the card.

Not to pile on here, but if this happens to me, what do I need to do? I know what I should have done a month ago, a week ago, a day ago, an hour ago, but what about right now? I know this that a same thread is created at least once a week and that there are at least three examples on the first page if this forum section, but what if something changed?

I heard back and apparently there was an inventory issue and I won't be getting a card. Not sure whether that means more emails went out than there were cards available or if there are none left after I was booted from the queue.

ETA: I asked what happened and was told there were too many emails sent out. I was added back to the queue in my original position though, so maybe more will get dug up eventually and I'll have another shot.
