Finally had a reason to use my EVGA Bucks! Yeah Just got notified...I was letting it sink in but I decided to complete the purchase. I will be paying $450+ US or just shy of $700 cdn for a 3080 FTW3 Ultra gaming which normally cost's me $1500 cdn so...guess I am happy...lol Been pulling the best working ROG 2060's out of the computers and selling them locally. First one went for $600. Next one will be $650... probably. Won't sell if something is wrong with it and I will do a RMA and retest before selling.. New 3080 on the way..woohoo! Thanks EVGA!

I haven't been contacted for any of the wait lists since 2020 and am sure it didn't help that they made us cancel all but two of them. Congrats on making it...they should include the shirt with every order.

I believe much of it was folding bucks, a program that ran for years, but sadly no more. If I’m wrong Joe will pop in and chew me out.

I finally removed one of my two notifies for a 3080 FTW. It was over 6 months away from my reservation date. I figured having one free for when they launch the 40x0 series will possibly get me on a short list. Congrats on your notify going live!

The public will know about a 40XX launch long before it happens, and I would guess when the notify goes live for those in the future that it will pop up to cancel a 30XX series notify. It's also possible that they will just allow two notifications per generation.

Well I am going on 11 months now for one 24G-P5-3989-KR 4/22/2021 6:19:41 PM PT. But now I am not sure what I should do being that if the Water Block starts leaking it is not covered by warranty.

Remember I Know Nothing!Have they gotten the 3090 power supply compatibility under control? Is the 3090 stable yet? and the water block ...Isn't it already installed and part of what you are buying? Why would they exclude it? I was thinking about shopping for something similar but in a 3080...

bcavnaugh's post just reminded me I actually had a notify cancel on me for a KR model (discontinued and replaced by the KL/ LHR model) which, I think, had started a few months previous... 12.5 months is a long time..I bought 3 others elsewhere long before this materialized.

Is this what you are referring to? Copied from the EVGA Warranty Products that are exposed to liquid, liquid residue or excessive humid environments resulting in rust, moisture, dampness, stains, corrosion or liquid spills on components, hardware or electronics. Burns or component flare-ups as a result of a liquid accident or spill. I believe this is referring to liquid "spills" or "accidents" A leak, from a failure of the component, is not an accident of spill...it is a failure of the component period. You will have a problem trying to get restitution for replacement of everything else in the computer but you should have the leaky component and gpu replaced. Warranty needs caveat to define that. Visa would get my money back in a heartbeat if that happened to me..

I have No Glue at this time. I just think it is taking someone longer to complete the given task. I stated the request on January 31. Going on 10 working days now. The "block failed" and really the only way for EVGA to know this is to allow me to RMA it back to them. Although my Motherboard is now stained Blue. So now I have lost the warranty for it.Also what failed to stop working was my X299 Dark Motherboard, but after a day drying out it booted up just fine. Is use only this Coolant. You said if... I didn't know you were in the middle of a realtime failed water block.. They better look after you! I would like to give you all my support. Please let us know how it goes. You didn't do anything wrong and it sounds like they need to step up. Which I expect them to do..

There is no way EVGA can't take care of this, Bcav. The block is their product, the card is their product. {Even though the block itself is made by another party}.I know you know your stuff about water cooling. I believe they will take care of it for you. Can you tell what failed in the block? I cant quite make out the point of failure in your pics. Possibly the top cover "o-ring"? What a bummer.

I bet it is the O-Ring. Had I gotten the Water Block and Installed it myself I would have taken it apart and replace the 0-Ring or Replaced the Water Block.
