I can safely use fans like the LL140 RGB 140mm Dual Light Loop from Corsair despite it being listed as the operating voltage going up to 13.2v because the amp will still be only 0.3A ?
From what I read it's the amps that really matter. Just being sure. Plan on getting a new case soon along with some nice RGB fans down the line.
 
I only ask because of the
ALL FAN HEADERS HAVE A MAXIMUM POWER
LIMIT OF 1 AMP @ 12 VOLTS (12 WATTS)
EXCEDING THIS LIMIT WILL CAUSE
IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO THE BOARD.
Warning in the manual about them.
