After receiving the mouse and connecting it, everything works except for the sensor. It also does not quite correctly reflect the switching of mouse profiles (perhaps it should be so).

Any updates install, after you launched the EVGA Unleash software the first time?

Did you get the correct version of EVGA Unleash for your OS?

Windows 10 x64 is installed, the program is downloaded for this mouse. You can see how the profiles are switched when the button is pressed. The buttons all work, but the sensor does not respond to mouse movements.

Your saying the mouse cursor does not move on your screen?

Have you tried - lowering the setting for mouse refresh rate? or DPI?

Have you tested your mouse --> wired & wireless using BT or 2.4GHz ?

    TRY:
shutdown Windows While holding the "shift key" down before you select shutdown & KEEP that "shift key" down until PC is Off. (this Clears the Windows fast startup file, so Windows looks at current drivers & hardware & not just "restart from the old profile of last boot")

check that MB BIOS has Fast Boot turned OFF (you want MB to take inventory of hardware , save the BIOS change if needed & BOOT then enter Windows .... next , select Restart in Windows from shutdown menu.

Nothing is in front of the sensor on the bottom of the mouse?

Also since we are talking about switches I want to make sure you are not talking about the physical switch on the bottom of the mouse to switch from 2.4ghz to bluetooth. If Bluetooth is not built into a computer or setup to pair with the mouse it would explain why the mouse wouldn't work when it's switched to that setting.

I did as written. He did not start working. Tried in wired and 2.4 GHz. I tried to connect it to a smartphone, everything works on another mouse, on the X20 the right and left clicks work, but the sensor does not work.

I would submit a warranty claim.

Or, if you bought it from somewhere other than EVGA's website, return it to the retailer for a refund or replacement.
