First of all Hi members, Its been a long time since I've been on the forum.
 
I have a question about the card in question below. I got this card many moons ago from B-Stock.
I've always had a problem with this card with doing the clocks/Mhz its was suppose to do.
With it being b-stock I got no info about the card just in brown box.Now to my question:
Up until the past two days I didn't even know it had a dual bios "BTW I still fold" and use this card still.
The card has always had the clock bug max core clock under load 405mhz memory stuck at 1502.3
no matter the clock settings changed in EVGA PrecisionX 16. Now I can get the core/GPU clock  to OC
a little to 481.9 Read by GPUZ. Just a little history before my question. Sorry for rambling..
The question is about the dual bios should those be different version? Slave is 84.06.0D.01.62
Master is 84.06.0D.00.60 is this the correct vbios configuration for this card?
 
I think this card may have been vbios modded at some point before I got it. Been looking into that to see
if I can find any help checking to see if the two installed vbios are stock or modded causing the issues.

Does your card not have a vbios sticker on the back of it showing the original vbios version for the master? The vbios sticker may be under a backplate if your card has one.

I took the case cover off and had a look, and yes it does, its not a sticker, but painted into the PCB.
The bios numbers doesn't match either of the above Its: 84.06.0D.00.62
edit: This is on the slave. 
Actually the slave bios OC's better under load than the master does.
This is with just stock settings/default

84.06.0D.00.60 appears to be the oldest vbios for your card while 84.06.0D.01.62 is the newest one with a higher power limit.
 
00 & 01 tells which is master, and which is slave. 00 master, 01 slave.

Made a few edits in last post added screenshots. lol haven't done this in a while I a little rusty..

I'll download & flash the correct to each as soon as I can stop folding at check point so I don't have to do frames all over again and see how that goes and report back, thanks for your help.

Updating the bios of the master didn't fix the problem I'm seeing.
Will try a new flash of the slave just in case its corrupt, but it already has the correct version.

It's massively power limiting itself. We've seen that before as a hardware fault.

It probably would have been wise to ask these questions years ago so that EVGA could correct the deficiency.
