Extended RMA time frame.

Is it just me or has the processing of RMA taking a lot longer. My motherboard was received on the 12th & I expected at least a notification as to if they found the problem & if ther are replacing my board with the same model or if I was going to get something newer.

I’m just curious if anyone else has had such a delay, as their email says 1-2 business days.

CPU:  Core i7 990X *4.1Ghz*,

VID:  EVGA GTX 970SSC,
PSU:  Corsair 1200AX
