X299 Dark extended warranty problem

Hmmmm. I bought second X299 Dark and have zome problem :( 

I have some problem with extended warranty. I upload invocie, I register my mobo and when I want to purschase extended warranty I still see information "Error - Please contact webmaster@evga.com for further assistance". I wrote on this email adress but dont have answer. What is wrong with it?

    Well help forward this to someone at evga and see whats going on. It may take a little bit though cause its 6am in Cali where the HQ is located, so be patient.

    I still dont get response :( 
     
    Left 50 days to purschase exctended warranty :(

    What country do you reside in? Did you buy this motherboard new or is it second hand?
