It looks great, but is a chore to use. Barely touching the wrong key is sensed as a keypress, not letting up enough on caps and I get a string of capital letters. I inderstand I can 'buy' new switches that 'might' improve the feel, but...  I have to use the RGB Unleashed software or else it won't save profiles. THe software is extremely buggy on Win 11. Crashes constantly, even with a fresh os installation. If I have to have the software running, bit it's so buggy, what am I supposed to do? For the price of the keyboard I expected more. I should have read the forums here before purchase, but I figured, EVGA does good work on their other hardware, keyboards should be of similar quality. I am dissapointed.
Why does the software need to be running to keep a profile active. It crashes and I go back to rainbow spiral. Come on EVGA, at least fix the the software. If I have to buy new switches to make the keyboard feel better that is one thing, but relying on buggy software to control the RGB makes this keyboard feel extremely cheap.

Couldn't agree more. The software, which looks like it came from the 2000's, is what's making me having thoughts of sending it back and the switches were just an horrendous choice. Gateron's would be a much better choice and cheaper as well.
