No, the queue has been suspended for now.  Maybe when a new SKU launches, we don't know.

the only possibility of an open queue would be a new product launch or if a part number queue is filled

read the notice at the top of the product page, click on the title if it is not open (excerpt below)

Special EVGA 30 Series Notify System (10/4/2021) Notice:
    Update 10/4/2021:

In an effort to expedite those in queue who are still waiting for a EVGA GeForce RTX 30 Series Card, and to be fair to all EVGA customers, we are making a running change:

    1. Accounts that have NOT purchased an EVGA 30 series card yet as part of the queue will be prioritized.
    2. Accounts that have already purchased an EVGA 30 series card in the queue system, will be behind those who have not.

Notes: B-Stock (RX) or Step-Up 30 Series products will not affect queue positions.

We hope that this update will allow more gamers to get their hands on an EVGA GeForce RTX 30 series card. If there are any questions please contact our support at [link=mailto:Sales@evga.com?subject=The%20subject%20of%20the%20mail]Sales@evga.com[/link].

Due to high demand, the notify queue sign-up is temporarily disabled. If you have a current queue position, EVGA will continue to process as stock is available. Notifications will be sent on a first come, first served basis. The EVGA 30 Series Notify System does not guarantee that your notify order will be fulfilled. While supplies last.

Please note that you have 20 hours to place your order, otherwise the product will be released back into queue system.

EVGA ELITE Members have 24hr early access to join the queue on all newly launched hardware. Join ELITE Member Program here.

NOTE: Email address that was used for the notify system MUST MATCH an email that has a registered EVGA account, if an account is not available with that email, you will need to create one before you can purchase. To view the notifies you have selected and if an email has sent, please visit the My Notifies page here.

It's probably best to look at a retail partner that might get inventory. Joining the queue would not really be that great at this point since you probably would be waiting into the next generation.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

Yeah, that dude had 2 accounts and was scamming the system. He has been chewed out. Personally, I think he should have been banned as an example. His scalping is unreal.

    You were in the wrong.
    1) It is against the rules.
    2) You did it for financial gain.
    3) Ignorance is not an excuse.

You aren't going to convince me otherwise.

If you care so much about correcting this, why are you still receiving the ill-gotten video card and scalping it for a hefty profit? Closing a duplicate account after reaping the benefits is not correcting the situation.

Reason I have RTX Turing is that scalper prices for RTX Ampere were a barrier to adoption.

Same apples to Radeon cards which sell for double MSRP or more. RX 5700XT launched at $359 but cards sell for over $1000 which is insane. RX 6700 XT is in the same boat and more powerful cards are so expensive as to earn contempt.

Disingenuous use of Gabriel's email to support your argument... he said it was ok to have created a second account under your business.  Says nothing about using the queue system to purchase two cards with the intent of selling at least one for a profit.

Business e-mail =  scalper email.  Why did you PM the OP with a price $200 +  above MSRP?

So this clearly photoshopped (more like MS Paint, but whatever) email is your proof? Or did the support center decide to use 72pt font in bright red?
