Contacted EVGA support requesting where I can purchase a replacement cable and was told they do not have any spare cables for this cooler and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. 

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement cable for this cooler or do I need to simply just purchase a new cooler since it seems EVGA doesn't want to help me in this instance?

    Long shot; but Asetek makes the pumps ... try asking them, if Asetek will sell one or can provide a supplier?
