OC Scan reboots computer

EVGA 3090 FTW Ultra 
AMD 5950x
ASUS Dark Hero III
Corsair HX1200
Windows 11
GeForce Gameready Driver 496.49
Rebar enabled
 
Scan gets to about 23% and reboots.  I recorded the screen before it rebooted and it fails at memory 9502, Clock 1905, Voltage 863mw and 84% power.  Shows a draw of 323w on my UPS.   Any ideas?  Running the latest version 1.2.6 of Precision.  Switched on the GPU to OC.  TIA!
