Edit: Palpal was trying to charge me a £60 fee ($90 in USD) to convert from Euros to UK Pounds.I found a way around it (by a small print option that takes you to another page), allowing me to opt-out of PayPal's unreasonable rate and pay in Euros with my own bank. (My own bank will still charge a small fee but it is extremely small and perfectly acceptable). However, I am now getting the following error: "PayPal transaction failure. Please try again later on. (Error) : The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request". Update: My bank balance shows that *EVGAHONGKON* has taken the money for a 3080 TI FTW3 Ultra, but the EVGA website reported an error. So I am not sure if it will be dispatched or not? My bank authorised it (so did PayPal), but it's possible it wasn't fully finalised (confirmed) properly at EVGA's end? (Paypal never reported an error, everything looked like it was successful until I was redirected back to the EVGA website).

Not sure for eu.evga.com, but I used my credit card for evga.com checkout when it was my turn to purchase a 3000 series card.

If I’d been waiting a year for my 3090 I wouldn’t be concerned about spending an extra 90 on my 1600+ dollar purchase. I would be worried about losing my spot in line by not getting my order in by the allotted time frame given to purchase the card.
If you have plenty of time contacting support is an option as already stated.

- PayPal shows the transaction was successfully authorised. (2nd screenshot)
- My online bank statement also shows EVGA has taken payment, under *EVGAHONGKON*. (3rd screenshot).
- No error until redirected back to the EVGA site (1st screenshot)
I telephoned but EVGA's offices will not be open in time to hold my queue # :-( 1) ------- error after redirected back to EVGA after PayPal was successful ------------ 2) ------ PayPal successful authorisation ------- 3) ----- money is taken from my balance by EVGAHONGKON ------- I am hoping EVGA will confirm/finalise the transaction on their end and dispatch. But if not, I will probably need to wait 1-3 days (sometimes even up to 5 days) for my money to be released before I can try again. (Worst case scenario)... if that happens do you guys think my '3080 TI FTW3 Ultra' queue position will still be honoured?

Send an email to the address your queue notification came from. Basically, reply to that message, explain the situation, and include the information you've posted here for reference (screenshots, etc..).
Someone there should be able to help you sort it out.

That should work to get things sorted out for you. They won't give you any answers here on the forums, because there's the chance to expose personal info that doesn't need to be public.
EVGA support is usually pretty good at solving issues like this. You should be in good hands now.
