Hi EVGA, I just want you to know I am a customer of yours and wanted to express my gratitude to how you guys operate. I purchased my EVGA 2080ti FTW3 Ultra when the graphics cards launched back in 2018 or so and since then was placed in an Elite Membership status. When the EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra launched, amidst the Graphics Card Crisis, you gave me priority to buy the card on the first batch. I was able to get one at MSRP versus having to fight for one at outrageous price levels. My thanks goes out to you and I want you to know I will always be a buyer and advocate of EVGA products. Do not change what you do and please continue to be dedicated to your "real" and "dedicated" customers and keep on fighting the "BOTTERS". Love, Frank

Always nice to see some positive reviews from time to time around here since the forums are more susceptible to issues. As I like to tell most, before you claim there's a wide spread issue, there are 10s of thousands with no issues.

Have you played New World, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, or World of Warships? If not, go play any one of them, then come back again and tell us how lucky you really are...

I'd imagine that's a reference to the red light of death issue with some of the 3090 cards.

Even if he is referring to the death of some of the 3090's, that sort of thing happens to every manufacturer. It's how the manufacture responds when it's "their turn" that defines the company and EVGA responded very well from what I saw. Now Gigabyte on the other hand...
I'm with you EXO616, EVGA is a class act in every dealing I've had or that my crew has had.

Yep! Everyone who makes ANYTHING in mass will at some point run into an issue.

Of course there will be some issues. Key word is "SOME". Its apparently there was more than SOME, enough to force EVGA to raise their Extended Warranty service... A lot of people over look the GPUs that fail from mining that dont end up here complaining. For every 1 dead GPU you read on the forums its like 4 or 5 you dont hear about...

You seem to have some sort of hate on for this, and I'm not going to get into some big back and forth on it. Just keep in mind that we always hear about the problems and not the thousands of hards without an issue.
Respect to the OP for bringing out some positive feedback when it's so rare. I second it and EVGA will be my number one brand moving forward not because they have perfect products but because they stand behind them and make things right.

Its not hate, its pointing out the obvious, but you guys(Fanbois) are like brushing it off, and changing the subject (great warranty service, etc.). Like there isn't a noticeable amount of failures with these cards. Ive owned EVGA since the 8800 series, and I believe they're a great company. But Im the type of person that will point out something is wrong and not afraid to say it. If you guys keep turning a blind eye on the lower quality product, when the 4000 series come out, its going to bite you on the rear.
