as subject says, received notification about an hour ago for product 08G-P5-3553-KR. Followed the process, after verifying with the sms code I am unable to add the item, it shows the cart is empty with quantity of zero and I cannot select another quantity.

Reply now to the email with your intent to purchase. Then call EVGA 1.888.881.3842, they are open until 6PM PT, and explain you are having problems completing the order. You aren't the first one to have had this problem. They are good about helping with this glitch.

Reply now to the email with your intent to purchase. Then call EVGA 1.888.881.3842, they are open until 6PM PT, and explain you are having problems completing the order. You aren't the first one to have had this problem.
They are good about helping with this glitch.

They actually saw my email and fixed it before i had time to call.  . Card ordered!

1) Log in to EVGA site
2) From the email ... click the link to buy the product (EVGA account registered email & email to buy - should be the same address or you will need help from CS)
the email link puts that part in the cart for you to pay ... it has been more than a few months, but that is the way I remember doing it
